Camping Reservation & Cancellation Guidelines
Camping Reservations
2-night minimum on all reserved sites. All Camping Reservations are paid in full at the time of the booking.
Short term Camping (2-6 nights) Cancelation fee is the equivalent of a one night stay, plus the $4.20 online booking fee if applicable. Notification by noon 2 days prior to arrival date is required to avoid full charges of the dates reserved.
Sites reserved for more than 7 days; cancelations will require a 30-day notice and will be refunded 50% of the total payment. Less than 30-day notice will forfeit the full amount.
On holidays and special event weekends, a 3-night minimum campsite stay may be required.

Indian Hills Resort Guest Policies
Online Booking: Lodging and Camping Reservations may be made online 275 days or approx. 9 months in advance. The reservation organizer or, the person that initially makes a reservation, via telephone or online, is financially responsible for the reservation.
Arrival of Customers: Check in time is 2 p.m.
Standard Policy: All customers must check-in upon arrival. Customers may arrive any time within the period of their reserved stay. The resource will be held until the customer arrives or the office is notified that the customer is not coming or has cancelled.
Arrive before Reservation Begins: There is no guarantee that the resource will be vacant and ready for use prior to check in time. If arriving early, customer must verify occupancy with Indian Hills staff to ensure the resource is open & available.
Late Night Arrivals: After Store/Office hours, Campers with reservations would proceed to the site they have reserved and register at the office the following morning. Cabin users arriving late will need to make arrangements in advance with the Indian Hills staff.
Departure of Customers: Check out time is 11 a.m.
Campsite and Lodging users must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
Early Departure: If the customer is leaving one or more nights before their departure date, the customer must notify the office. Early departure from reserved camp sites or lodging facilities will not be refunded.
Quiet Hours: From 1/2 hour before sunset until 7 AM
TRAILS
Trails are for non-motorized use, NOT ATV’s. Maps available at the office.
TRASH/SEWAGE
Dumpsters and RV dump station are located north of the store. Gray water must be dumped in designated dump station.
PETS
- Any person who is the owner, or handler of any pet must keep them on a leash, and under physical control at all times while at the Resort.
- No tying pets to trees or electrical posts.
- No person may keep a noisy, vicious, or dangerous pet, or that disturbing others.
- Guests will not leave pets unattended in camper or at campsite.
- Pet owners are responsible for any harm done to property, sites, or injury to others. Please keep your site and the campground clean of droppings for your sake, and the sake of others.
ATV’S/ MOTOR SCOOTERS
ATVs, Mopeds and Motor Scooters are only allowed as a means of transportation to the store etc. and are only permitted for use by the registered guest. ND. State HWY rules apply.
CAMPFIRES
All firewood must be sized to the rings provided and burned in fire rings only. No unattended fires. Fire must be fully extinguished each night and before departure. No Tiki Torches, or open flames. DO NOT MOVE RINGS $50.00 fine.
PARKING
Please be courteous of your neighbor. If you need extra parking space for a vehicle or boat let us know and we can arrange something. Please limit the number of vehicles at your site, stay off the grass if possible!
CAMPSITES
One camping unit per site. Tents are an extra $15.00 per night. Gray water must be dumped in designated dump station. Coin operated showers are for registered guests only.
FIREARMS, BOWS AND ARROWS, SLINGSHOTS, BB GUNS, AND FIREWORKS.
No person, with the exception of a duly authorized peace officer, or person licensed for concealed carry, may possess a loaded firearm or dangerous weapon in the park. Any fire arms must but unloaded and stored in a case at all times. Fireworks are prohibited.
